宝钢电镀锡机组软熔导电辊失效的分析 被引量:6

摘要 宝钢电镀锡机组软熔导电辊使用寿命短 ,抢修频繁 ,一定程度上制约了机组的正常生产。我们对软熔导电辊的失效原因进行了详细分析 ,认定粘锡和磨损是导电辊失效的主要原因并提出了相应的解决对策。 Normal production of the electrolytic tinning line at Baoshan Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. was restrained to some extent by short service life of the reflow conduct roll and frequent rush repairs. To cope with the difficulties all possible causes leading to the failure of the reflow conduct roll are analyzed. The bonding tin and wearing are found to be the main cause of the failure and counter measures are correspondingly put forward.
