低终轧温度对St15深冲性能的影响及采取的“1+3”工艺 被引量:1

摘要 分析了低终轧温度对冷轧冲压钢板 (St15 )成品深冲性能的影响。提出了采用“1+3”粗轧工艺 ,经理论计算和现场试验 ,解决了冷轧深冲钢板在热轧时终轧温度偏低的问题。试验结果表明 :粗轧出口温度提高 80℃左右 ,终轧温度提高 37℃左右 ,并且粗轧机的电机、主传动能力能够适应 Effect of low finishing temperature on deep-drawing properties of cold rolled deep-drawing sheet(St15)is analyzed and the application of “1+3'rough rolling process is presented.In accordance with theoretical calculation and site experiments,the problem of low finishing temperature in the process of hot rolling strip used for cold rolled deep-drawing sheet has been solved.It is included that exit temperature at roughing mill is increased by about 80℃ and finishing temperature about 37℃.Electric motor and main drive capability of roughing train are suitable for “1+3'rough rolling process.
