镁砂和硅微粉加入量对Al_2O_3-尖晶石浇注料性能的影响 被引量:2

EFFECT OF MAGNESIA AND MICRO-SILICA ADDTIVES ON PROPERTIES OF Al_2O_3-SPINEL BASED CASTABIES

摘要 在保持MgO化学成分总量不变的前提下 ,研究了镁砂细粉、SiO2 含量对Al2 O3-尖晶石浇注料性能的影响。结果发现 :适量的镁砂细粉和SiO2 微粉能提高浇注料强度 ,降低显气孔率 。 Under the prerequisite that the total amount of MgO remain unchanged the effects of content of magnesia and SiO 2 on the properties of Al 2O 3-spinel based castables are studied. It is observed that proper addition of magnesia and SiO 2 can improve the strength of the castables material, reduce apparent porosity and raise the slag resistance.
