摘要
以C-D生产函数模型为依据,经过改良,从人力资源内涵即知识(knowledge)、综合素质(fiber)、智力能力(intellect)三个方面,以经济人假说为主,以内在环境因素和外部环境因素为参变量,建立了人力资源的价值评估数学模型。
Based on modified C-D functional model and environmental factors as references, the paper established a mathematical model for value assessment of individual human resources in terms of knowledge, fiber, and intellect.
