建筑企业质量管理体系有效性的探讨

Discussion about the Quality Management System Validity of Construction Enterprises

我国质量管理体系认证至今获证企业已近两万家,建筑企业占了一定的比重。由于建筑施工领导特殊性,这些获证的建筑企业质量管理体系的有效性成为了社会各界普遍关心的问题。文章根据我国建筑企业的贯标实际,从建筑企业如何有效地实施标准的角度出发,提出了建筑企业质量管理体系有效性的三个界定,并分别提出实现有效性的若干措施和思路。

Up to now, nearly 20,000 enterprises have past the certification of quality management system, among which construction enterprises hold a certain proportion. For the particularity of construction enterprises, the quality validity of system management of certificated enterprises becomes the universally concerned problem. From the view of promoting construction enterprises to carry out standard effectively, three definitions about quality management system validity of construction enterprises are set forth, and then the countermeasures and ideas to fulfill the validity are also presented.
