摘要
本文认为,改革开放全面提升了中国商业的整体素质。中国商品流通领域20多年的改革实现了三个突破、一个结束、八个转变和一个创新;而流通领域的对外开放则加快了中国商品市场国际化的进程,也给中国商业的发展带来了历史性的发展机遇和严峻的挑战。因此,为了迎接挑战和加速发展中国商业,最重要的就是要转变观念,树立大商业思想,营造知识商业,提高流通领域现代化、智能化、信息化和电子化水平。
This article maintains that the economic reform and opening to the world have enhanced overall strength of China's commerce. During the last twenty years, there have been three breaking through, one termination, eight transformation and one innovation in China's commerce. The opening of distribution industry has promoted internationalization of China's commodity market, and also brought historical opportunity and challenge to China's commerce. To meet this challenge and promote the development of China's commerce, it is important to change the idea, to introduce the 'big commerce' concept, to build knowledge distribution, to promote the modernization and information technology level of the industry.
