摘要
应用原子能吸收光谱测定了正常人和各期慢肾功能衰竭(GRF)及血液透析病人的血清钢、锌、铬含量。结果表明,CRF病人血清铜含量明显增高,血清锌降低,铜/锌比值增大,而血清铬无明显变化。血液透析病人血清锌含量进一步降低。作者就其变化机理及临床意义作了初步探讨。
By means of atomic spectrum absorption method we determined the copper,zinc and chromium levels in the serum of normal persons, patients with renal failure (CRF) and patients who underwent hemodialysis. The results were as follows: The serum copper level increased, the zinc level decreased and the ratio of copper to zinc elevated, while the chromium level remained unchang-ed. However, in patients who underwent hemodialysis for a long time the serum zinc level kept decreasing. The mechanism of the changes in the levels of these three trace elements and their clinical significance is discussed.
