摘要
应用多功能图像分析仪对Feulgen染色的41例肺腺癌组织切片,进行癌细胞DNA含量检测。结果表明,DNA倍体水平分布范围为2.47~1.79,无正常二倍体(2C),41例皆为非正倍体的异多倍体。肺腺癌细胞核DNA含量与癌组织生长特征、组织学类型及预后有一定的关系。提示肺腺癌细胞DNA检测对肺腺癌的诊断、组织学分级和预后判断,均有一定的参考价值。
Nuclear DNA content was determined by Image Analysis System (MTV-TASPLUS) in 41 cases of pulmonary adenocarcinoma, whose sections were stained by Feulgen reaction. The distribution of DNA ploidy was 2.47~11.79C,with no normal diploid (2C). All the 41 cases were aneuploidy and polyploid.The DNA content of the pulmonary adenocarcinoma cell is related to the fea-tures of growth, the histologic type and the prognosis of pulmonary adenocarci-noma. The suggestion is that the determination of DNA content of pulmonary adenocarcinoma cells are referential to the diagnosis, histologic classification and forecasting prognosis of pulmonary denocarcinoma.
