摘要
用银染技术观察研究53例卵巢囊腺性肿瘤中核仁组成区相关蛋白(AgNORs)的数量、大小及分布情形。结果表明,良性肿瘤之AgNORs均数低于交界性肿瘤、交界性肿瘤低于恶性肿瘤(P<0.01);良性肿瘤AgNORs颗粒小于恶性肿瘤。三组之间存在相互重叠现象。浆液性肿瘤与粘液性肿瘤AgNORs的数量及大小亦有显著差异。各组AgNORs在核内的分布无明显差别(P>0.05)。结果提示,AgNORs定量检测对鉴别良性、交界性及恶性卵巢囊腺性肿瘤有参考意义。
An argyrophil technique was used to investigate the number, size and distribution of the nucleolar organizer regions (AgNORs) in 53 cases of ovarian cystadenomatous neoplasms. The results showed that the number and size of AgNORs within the nuclei were different between benign, borderline and malignant cases. There were also differences between the serous and mucinous groups. No differences in the distribution of AgNORs were found between the three groups. This method may be valuable in differential dia-gnosis of malignant and non-malignant cystadenomatous ovarian tumors.
