摘要
测定了86例心功能不全患者甲状腺激素的变化:血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_3)、甲状腺激素(T_4)、T_3/rT_3均明显低于正常(P<0.01)。反三碘甲状腺原氨酸(rT_3)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)均明显高于正常(P<0.01),且病情越严重变化越大,治疗后病情好转者差异变小。提示甲状腺激素的测定,尤其是T_3/rT_3的计算,有助于对心功能不全严重程度的判定和预后的估计。
This paper reports the changes of thyroid hormones in 86 patients with cardiac insufficiency. The serum concentration of triodothyronine (T_3) and tetraio-dothyronine (T_4) was much lower than that in the normal control group (P<0.01), whereas the concentration of reverse triodothyronine(rT_3) and thyroid-stimulation hormone (TSH) was much higher (P<0.01). The results demonstrate that the determination of serum concentration of the hormones mentioned is helpful for the judgement of the severity of the cardiac insufficiency and for the estimation of the prognosis.
