摘要
介绍一种线性灰度声光调制驱动电源的原理、设计及试验结果。工作频率为 180 MHz,输入电压为 0 .5~ 6 .8V,调制深度为 95 % ,调制速率为 2 MHz,功率稳定性≤ 5 %
The principal and design of a linear gray scale acoustooptic modulation driving source by linear compensation is introduced in this paper.Experiment results are:working frequency180 MHz,input voltage 0.5~ 6.8 V, modulation depth 95%,modulation rate 2 MHz,and the power stability≤5%/h.
