大鼠下丘脑前部减压区微量注射神经降压素对新福林加压反应的影响

摘要 本实验于大鼠下丘脑前部双侧减压区注射微量神经降压素,观察对静脉注射新福林所致升压反应的影响。结果表明,大鼠下丘脑前部双侧减压区注入神经降压素后,可明显抑制静脉注射新福林的升压反应。提示下丘脑前部减压区神经降压素参与压力感受性反射的交感抑制活动。 The effect of neurotensin (NT) on pressor response to intravenously admi-nistered phenylephrine was studied. When phenylephrine (5μg/rat) was injected intravenously, the arterial blood pressure increased immediately.After NT (1μg/μl) was microinjected into the anterior hypothalamic area,the pressor response of intravenously adiminstered phenylephrine was markedly inhibited. The results suggest that the hypotensive effect of microinjectoin of NT into the anterior hypothalamic area could be the result of a decrease in the sympathetic outflow toward the blood vessels.
