摘要
研究了 Ba O- Ti O2 - Sm2 O3(BTS)系材料的结构和介电性能。实验结果证明 :在富 Ti O2 区的 BTS系中 ,随着 Ba O/Sm2 O3摩尔比的增加 ,材料的介电常数ε和介电常数的温度系数αε发生变化 ,XRD分析证明这是因为材料的主晶相发生变化所致。当 Ba O/Sm2 O3=1.33时 ,可获得具有超低损耗的热稳定微波陶瓷材料 ,其主晶相为Ba Sm2 Ti4 O1 2 。
The structure and dielectric properties of BaO TiO 2 Sm 2O 3 system are discussed in this paper.It is found that there are variations of dielectric constant and temperature coefficient of dielectric constant with the increase of the molar ratio of BaO to Sm 2O 3 in the rich TiO 2 region of the BTS system and mainly caused,with X ray diffraction,by the vary of main phase.When the ratio of BaO to Sm 2O 3 is 1.33,the microwave dielectric ceramic with very low loss and good thermal stability is obtained and its main phase is BaSm 2Ti 4O 12 .
