摘要
用干涉法测量了低对称晶体 Gd Ca4 O(BO3) 3的全部电光系数。为了分离测量交叉电光系数 γ51 ,γ53,γ4 2和γ6 2 ,采用了新的样品趋向。测量结果为 :γ1 1 =0 .4 pm / V ,γ2 1 =0 .5 pm/ V,γ31 =0 .6 pm / V,γ1 3=0 .1pm/ V,γ2 3=0 .4 pm / V,γ33=2 .0 pm/ V,γ51 =0 .7pm / V ,γ53=1.5 pm / V,γ4 2 =0 .5 pm/ V,γ6 2 =0 .8pm / V .
In this paper,all of the electro optic coefficients of the low symmetrical crystal GdCa 4O(BO 3) 3 have been measured by the interferometric method.New sample orientations have been used for measuring the skew electro optic coefficients γ 51 ,γ 53 ,γ 42 and γ 62 .The resultants obtained are γ 11 =0 4 pm/V,γ 21 =0 5 pm/V,γ 31 =0 6 pm/V,γ 13 =0 1 pm/V,γ 23 =0 4 pm/V,γ 33 =2.0 pm/V,γ 51 =0 7 pm/V,γ 53 =1.5 pm/V,γ 42 =0 5 pm/V,γ 62 =0 8 pm/V.
