摘要
用 96 0 nm半导体激光器作泵浦源 ,研究了 Er3+ 和 Yb3+ 共掺杂的氟氧化物玻璃陶瓷中 Er3+ 的上转换发光的性质。绿光上转换发光是双光子过程 ,但绿色上转换发光强度与泵浦激光功率是非平方关系 ,随着泵浦激光功率的增加 ,上转换发光强度逐渐趋于饱和。用 Er3+ - Yb3+系统的动力学平衡方程解释了这种现象 ,在氟氧化物玻璃陶瓷中稀土离子的上转换发光主要是受 Er3+ 和 Yb3+
The up conversion properties of Er 3+ in the oxyfluoride glass ceramics codoped with Er 3+ and Yb 3+ were studied using the 960 nm semiconductor laser as a pumped source.The green up conversion fluorescence is a double photon process,but the dependence of the green up conversion fluorescent intensity on the pumped laser power are not quadratic.The saturation of the fluorescent intensity on the pumped laser power with increasing the pumped power is observed.These experimental phenomena could be well explained by the dynamic rate equations of the Er 3+ Yb 3+ system.It was concluded that the up conversion properties in the oxyfluoride glass ceramic were mainly influenced by the strong back transfer process between Yb 3+ ions and Er 3+ ions.
