摘要
本文介绍了 BOT项目的特点及其风险的分类 ,BOT项目风险的分担原则及管理对策 ,并结合两个案例详细讨论了如何在 BOT项目的合同条件中体现其风险分担 。
The characteristics of BOT projects and their risks,the principles of risk allocation and measures of risk management are introduced in this paper Then,with two cases,the paper descrilbes in detail how to define risk allocation in the conditions of contract for BOT projects and how to manage risks through contract management
