摘要
对大鼠室旁核(PVN)神经元静脉注射胆囊收缩素(CCK-3)及胃充胀的电活动变化进行了观察。结果表明,静脉注射CCK-8及胃充胀可使室旁核内血压不敏感细胞电活动加强,而血压敏感细胞不出现兴奋反应。提示室旁核与胃之间的神经联系可能在摄食行为的调节中起重要作用。
The effect of intravenous administration of cholecystokinin octapeptide (CCK-8)
and gastric distention on the electric activity of the paraventricular nucleus (PVN)
in rats was studied.
The electric discharges of the cells insensitive to baroreceptor activation could
be increased by intravenous administration of CCK-8 and gastric distension. This
increase was not observed in cells sensitive to baroreceptor activation. The nervous
connection between PVN and the stomach may play an important role in food intake
regulation.
