摘要
应用常规细胞内微电极的方法,观察了模拟缺血溶液灌流及灌流后亚硒酸钠对绵羊心肌浦肯野纤维的影响。结果表明,模拟缺血溶液灌流后,浦肯野氏纤维动作电位时程(APD_(90))比正常延长了27%;加入亚硒酸钠后APD_(90)比正常延长为14%.提示亚硒酸钠能够缩短缺血绵羊浦肯野氏纤维的APD_(90),发挥其抗缺血性心律失常作用。
By the conventional introcellular micro-electrode recording technique, the
isnfluence of sodium selenite on sheep purkinje fiber perfused with ischemic-mimic
olution was observed. The results showed that by perfusing with ischemic-mimic
solution, the action potential duration (APD_(90)) of purkinje fiber was made 27%
longer than normal, but after adding sodium selenite, the APD90 was only 14% longer
than normal. The experiments indicates that the sodium selenite can shorten the
APD90 of ischemic sheep purkiuje fiber and thus play its anti-arrhythmic role.
