摘要
应用调整后的FAM方案治疗晚期胃癌25例,完全缓解4例,部分缓解9例,有效率为52%(13/25),中数缓解期为20个月。主要毒副作用为胃肠道反应、脱发及骨髓抑制。
25 Patients with advanced gastric carcindma were treated with adjusted 5-Fl-crouracil, Adriamycin, Mitomycin (FAM). The results showed 4 patients achievedu omplete rmission and 9 patients achieved partial remission. The response rate was 52%. The median response duration was 20 months. The major toxic side effects were gastsrointestinal reaction, alopecia and myelosuppression.
