睫状体冷冻术治疗青光眼的临床观察

CLINiCAL OBSERVATION OF CYCLOCRYOSURGERY IN TREATING GLAUCOMA

使用Syncron Optikon二氧化碳冷冻器对50例采用睫状体冷冻术治疗的青光眼病人50只眼进行了临床观察。结果表明,治愈者23只眼,有效者16只眼,有效率为72%;眼痛症状消失者46只眼,占85%;术前平均眼压为5.55±1.70kPa,术后平均眼压为3.04±2.07kPa,治疗后眼压较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01)。提示睫状体冷冻术为治疗各型晚期难治青光眼的一种合理有效疗法。

Fifty cases of glaucoma (54 eyes) treated with cyclocryosurgery were examined clinically by using the Syncron Optikon CO_2 cryocoagulator. The results showed that 23 eyes were cured, 16 eyes improved, the response rate being 72%. The symptom of pain was relieved in 46 eyes (85%). The average intraocular pressure (IOP) was 5.55±1.70kPa before operation and 3.04±2.07kPa after operation. The IOP was re-duced considerably after the operation. It is considered that cyclocryosurgery is a reas-onable and effective method very much worth trying in the treatment of all types of advinced refractory glaucoma.
