摘要
肿瘤的侵袭、转移与复发是肿瘤治疗失败的主要原因.肿瘤血管生成的进程、微血管性质和微血管密度直接关系到肿瘤生长、侵袭、转移与复发的能力.以肿瘤血管生成的各个环节为靶点,研制的血管生成抑制剂具有高效、低毒和不易产生耐药性等优点,本文就此作一综述.
