家族性乳腺癌
摘要
家族史对乳腺癌的危险性有复杂影响.遗传性乳腺癌占首次确诊病人的5%～10%,而30岁以下者占1/4.另有10%的乳腺癌病人具有明显的家族聚集性,但未找到明确的遗传因子.本文就家族性乳腺癌的高危因素、普查及化学预防作一综述.
