摘要 目的:探讨垂体后叶信号强度测量的价值。方法:低场 MRI正中矢状位 T1W1图像上测量正常人(193例)、中枢性尿崩症(31例)及肺癌(33例)的垂体后叶信号强度,并与桥脑的信号强度相比较。结果:正常垂体后叶82.9%呈高信号,17.1%呈等信号,无低信号出现;中枢性尿崩症(96. 8%)、部分肺癌(42.4%)的垂体后叶呈低信号,信号强度比(SIR)小于0.93。结论:正常垂体后叶未见低信号,垂体后叶低信号是病理性的。 Objective To investigate the value of measurement about signal intensity of posterior pituitary lobe on midline sagittal Ti - weighted images. Methods The signal intensity of posterior pituitary lobe in low field MRI about 193 healthy subjects,31 with central diabetes insipidus (CDI) and 33 with pulmonary cancers were measured, and compared with the signal intensity of pons. Results The highintensity signals of posterior pituitary lobe were found in 82. 9% healthy subjects, 17. 1 % as intermediate intensity signals, while low intensity signals were not found in this study. The posterior pituitary lobe were iow intensity signal in 96.8% of CDI and 42.4% of pulmonary cancers ,whose signal intensity ratios (SIR) were under 0. 93. Conclusion The low intensity signal of posterior pituitary lobe was pathologic,which was not found in healthy subjects.
