The effect of secretion from vulval cancer on the result of urine routine test

目的：了解外阴癌分泌物对尿常规检查结果的影响。方法：分别作了１３例外阴癌患者治疗前后的小便常规检查，并比较它们的结果。结果：治疗前小便常规异常率 １２／１３，治疗后其异常率 ３／１３。结论：外阴癌分泌物可污染尿液，引起尿路感染样的小便常规检查结果。

Objective To find the effect of secretion from vulval cancer on the result of urine routine test. Methods Collect the urne from 13 patients with vulval cancer before and after treatment respectively, do the urine routine test and compare the results. Results There were 12 abnormal results before treatrnent,but after treatment, only 3 abnormal results existed. Conclusion The secretion from vulval cancer can result in the change of the urine routine test as the urinary tract infection.
