The variation of crystal habit of sodium benzylpenicillin (GNa) was studied by scanning electron microscope. The data of the Vapor liquid equilibrium solvent mixture were calculated by the bubbling point method and the data of the metastable zone for GNa in the solvent mixture were determined by a laser method. Finally, a vapor liquid solid equilibrium diagram for the crystallization experiment was established.
