皮片移植术后受区PaO_2和PaCO_2的动态变化

摘要 目的 :了解移植皮片的血运建立过程与成活机理。 方法 :以家猪为动物实验模型 ,进行全厚皮片及中厚皮片移植。采用经皮血气分析仪分别于术后 0 d、1d、3d、5 d、 7d、 d9、及 14d检测移植皮片中央 Pa O2 (氧分压 )和 Pa CO2 (二氧化碳分压 )。 结果 :全厚皮与中厚皮分别在移植术后 3d和 2 d Pa O2 与正常猪皮肤 Pa O2 有非常显著的差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,并分别于术后 5 d和术后 3d恢复至正常水平 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;全厚皮在术后 5 d、中厚皮在术后 3d与猪正常皮肤相比 ,Pa CO2 有非常显著差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,分别于术后 7d和术后 5 d恢复至正常皮肤水平 (P>0 .0 5 )。 结论 :皮片厚度决定着血运建立时间的早晚 。 Objective:To Study the reconstruction process of blood circulation and the survival mechanism of grafted skin graft Methods:Full-thickness skin grafting and intermediate split thickness skin grafting were performed on pigs The percutaneous blood gas analysis instrument was employed to detect PaO 2 and PaCO 2 in the center of skin grafts on the different time post-operation Results:To compare full-thickness skin graft on the 3rd day post-operation and intermediate split thickness skin graft on the 2nd day post-operation with normal pig skin,the significant differences of PaO 2 were found(P<0 01),and they restored to a normal level on the 5rd day and 3rd day post-operation respectively(P>0 05) To compare full-thickness graft on the 5th day post-operation and intermediate split thickness skin graft on the 3rd day with normal skin,the differences of PaCO 2 were obviously appeared(P<0 01),and they reached normal level on the 7th day and 5th day post-operation respectively Conclusion:The thickness of skin graft determines the time of blood circulation reconstructin It is a simple and reliable method to investigate the survival rate by arterial blood gas dynamic monitoring
