经多谱勒超声判断慢阻肺右室舒张功能的评价

The Value of Doppler Diagnosis for Right Ventricular Diastolic Function in Cor Pulmonale Disease

目的 探讨多谱勒超声对判断慢阻肺疾病右室舒张功能的意义 .方法 利用多谱勒超声检测三尖瓣血流各参数 (E、A、E/A、DC、Ei、Ai、Ei /Ai及AFF) ,在肺心病组、慢支组及正常对照组间进行对比分析 .结果 三尖瓣血流各参数在各组间均无显著性差异 .结论 急性发作期慢阻肺患者的三尖瓣血流频谱图受干扰因素较多 ,不宜作为判断右室舒张功能的参数 .

Objective To investigte the implication of right ventricular diastolic function measured with doppler in cor pulmonale disease. Methods Three groups were set up:the pulmonary heart disease group,bronchitis group and the normal group;tricuspid valve(TV) blood flow parameters were measured with pulsed Doppler echocardiography in every case;statistical anglysis was performed by student T test among groups. Results All of the TV parameters was not statistically different bettween each two groups.Conclusions TV parameters can't be regarded as the parameters which reflect righ ventricular diastolic function.
