司帕沙星用于感染根管冲洗消毒的临床疗效观察

Study on the clinical efficacy of sparfloxacin used for the irrigation and disinfection of root canal of tooth

目的 评价司帕沙星 (sparfloxacin,SPL X)冲洗消毒感染根管的临床效果。方法 10 6颗需作根管治疗的患牙 ,随机分为两组。试验组用 0 .1% SPL X冲洗根管并用 0 .5 % SPL X消毒根管 ;对照组用 3%H2 O2 和生理盐水依次冲洗根管及用甲醛甲酚 (Fc)消毒根管。结果 统计分析表明 ,在治疗疗程、临床症状改善及治疗总有效率方面 ,两组无显著性差异 ,但在封药后出现疼痛方面 ,试验组疼痛出现率低于对照组 ,有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 SPL

To evaluate the clinical efficacy of sparfloxacin (SPLX) used for the irrigation and disinfection of root canal of tooth therapy, patients were randomly divided into experimental and control group. The experimental group was given 0.1% of SPLX solution for irrigation and 0.5% SPLX solution for disinfectant, while the control group was given 3% of hydrogen peroxide solution followed by normal saline solution for irrigation and formaldehyde and cresol for disinfectant. Results showed that there was no statistical significant difference between two groups, but in alleviating the pain, SPLX is significantly better than the control group, ( P <0.05). Therefore, sparfloxacin could be used as an irrigation and disinfectant in the root canal of tooth therapy.
