摘要
目的 :探讨CT和MRI对Fahr病的诊断价值。方法 :分析 6例经临床证实的Fahr病的CT、MRI资料。结果 :CT可以清晰地显示钙化病灶的大小范围。在显示钙化方面 ,MRI不如CT敏感 ,但梯度回波可改善这种状况 ,且能显示病灶内和周围胶质增生与囊变的范围及程度 ;较清晰的显示小脑齿状核的病变情况 ,克服了CT因颅骨容积效应造成对小脑病变显示不清的影响。结论 :CT和MRI结合对Fahr病的诊断起到了协同作用。
Objective:To investigate the diagnosic value of CT and MRI of Fahr disease.Methods:To analyzed the CT and MRI data of 6 cases clinically proved Fahr disease.Results:CT can clearly display the sizes and scope of the calcified lesions which is more sensitive than MRI,but MRI utilizing the gradient echo sequense,furthermore,MRI can show the range and extent of the gliosis and cystification.MRI can evaluate the lesions in the dentate nucleus for it overcomes the volume effect arised from the cranial bone.Conclusion:CT and MRI play a coordinate role in diagnosing Fahr disease.
