摘要
目的 :进一步探讨CT象素矩阵图对鉴别肾上腺腺瘤与恶性肿瘤的价值。方法 :6 4例经临床、病理证实的肾上腺肿瘤共 73个病灶 ,肿瘤的平扫平均CT值 >0HU。在CT平扫和增强图像上 ,分别应用CT象素矩阵图观察肿瘤内有无轻度负CT值区域。结果 :在平扫和增强CT象素矩阵图上 ,分别有 77%(2 4/ 31)和 2 3%(6 / 2 6 )的肾上腺腺瘤内见轻度负CT值区域 ,33例共 42个恶性肿瘤病灶均未见此征象 ,特异性为 10 0 %。结论 :分析CT象素矩阵图能发现病灶内最小CT值 ,对鉴别肾上腺的腺瘤与恶性肿瘤具有重要的价值。
Objective:To evaluate the value of CT pixel mapping to differentiate adrenal adenomas from malignant tumors.Methods:64 patients with 73 adrenal masses confirmed by clinical and pathology were analyzed,the precontrast CT attenuation value of the tumors were greater than 0 HU. On precontrast and postcontrast images, CT pixel mappings were done to detect the area of slight negative CT attenuation value within the tumor.Results:On precontrast and postcontrast CT pixel mapping, 77%(24/31) and 23%(6/26) of adenomas exhibited area of slightly negative CT attenuation values, none of 42 malignant tumors in 33 patients showed this sign, the specificity was 100%.Conclusion:CT pixel mapping can obtain the smallest CT attenuation value of the tumor and is useful in distinguishing adrenal adenomas from malignant tumors.
