急性下壁心梗心电图胸前导联ST段下降与冠状动脉造影的关系

Analysis of the relationship between ST-segments depression on precordial leads and angiography in AIMI

目的 :探讨急性下壁心肌梗死 (AIMI)时心电图胸前导联ST段下降的临床意义。方法 :对 32例AIMI患者的心电图是否有胸前导联ST段下降与心功能分级和冠状动脉造影资料进行对比分析。结果 :心电图胸前导联ST段下降与合并左前降支 (LAD)病变组与不合并左前降支 (LAD)病变组 ,经统计学处理无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。心功能Ⅱ～Ⅳ级在心电图胸前导联ST段下降组明显高于无胸前导联ST段下降组 ,经统计学处理有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :AIMI时心电图胸前导联ST段下降与左前降支 (LAD)病变存在与否无关 。

Objective:The significance of ST-segments depression on precordial leads in acute inferior myocardial infarction(AIMI).Methods:Analyses the data of electrocardiogram with or without ST-segments depression on precordial leads of 32 patients with AIMI and compared with cardiac function and coronary angiogram.Results:There was no significant difference between ST-segments depression on precordial leads with LAD group and non LAD group(P>0.05).There were significant different on cardiac function Ⅱ～Ⅳ degree between ST-segments depression on precordial leads and non ST-segments depression on precordial leads(P<0.05). Conclusion:ST-segments depression on precordial leads in AIMI don't related to LAD,but cardiac function is poor compared with simple AIMI.
