头痛安口服液对家兔急性心肌缺血性损伤的保护作用

The protective effects of toutongan oral solution on acute myocradial ischem ic injury in rabbits

目的：观察头痛安口服液的抗心肌缺血作用。方法：用垂体后叶素（Pit）造成家兔急性心肌缺血模型，观察头痛安口服液两个剂量组家兔的心 电图及血清酶（LDH，CK，AST）活性的变化。结果：头痛安口服液可减轻Pit诱导的家兔心电图缺血性改变（ST段上移和T波增高），抑制血清酶 LDH，CK，AST活性的升高。结论：头痛安口服液对心肌缺血性损伤具有保护作用。

OBJECTIVE To observe the pharmacological actions of toutongan oral solution against my ocardial ischemia. METHODS Rabbit myocardial ischemia was induced by pituitrin injected intravenously.the changes of electrocardiaogram(ECG) in both groups of toutongan oral solution and in model group were observed. RESULTS The myocardial ischemic injury(changes of ECG,increase of serium LDH,CK,AST) in rabbits by intravenous injection of pituitrin was attenuated in toutongan or al solution groups. CONCLUSIONS toutongan oral solution might have protective effects on ischemic injury of rabb it myocardium.
