摘要 目的:用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸喹那普利片含量。方法 ODS 柱,以甲醇-水-磷酸-二乙胺为流动相。于215nm 波长处检测,流速为1.0ml·min^(-1);结果:该方法在100ug·ml^(-1)到 350ug·ml^(-1)范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998)重复性试验 RSD=0.54%,n=5)。结论:方法简便快速重现性好。 objective:Detemination assay of Quinapril Hydrochloride tablets by HPLC.Method:Using an ODS column(4.6mm×250mm).the mobile phase of methanol-water-phosphoric acid diethylamine was pumped at 1.0ml-min.through the column,the detector was 215nm.Results:Standard curve of peak area and concentration was linear in the concentration range of 100μg·ml-simple,rapid,sensitive and reproducible.
