Qauantitative Determination of Notoginsenoside R_1 in Mailuotong Tablet by HPLC Method

采用高效液相色谱法,建立了复方制剂脉络通三七皂甙 R_l 的含量测定方法。平均回收率为99.5%;RSD 为2.82%。该法快速、准确,操作简便,可用于产品的质量控制。

Notoginsenoside R_1 in Mailuotong Tablet were quantitative determined by means of HPLC densitometry.The average recovery within the above range was 99.6%;The RSD was 2.6%.The method described is rapid; accurate and simple.It may be regarde as a basis for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicines.
