摘要
目的 观察遗传性视网膜变性大鼠视细胞超微结构改变。方法 电子显微镜观察出生后 9~ 6 0天皇家外科学院 (RCS)大鼠及正常SD大鼠视网膜视细胞超微结构。结果 与正常SD大鼠相比 ,RCS大鼠从出生后 15天 ,视细胞相继出现视杆外节脱落的膜盘堆集 ,外节膜盘排列紊乱 ,视杆内节椭圆体线粒体空泡化 ,视肌样质结构消失 ,细胞核浓缩 ,浓缩的染色质沿核膜排列呈“新月形” ,最终细胞体消失。
ObjectiveTo observe the ultrastructural alterations of the photoreceptor in inherited retinal degeneration in rats.MethodThe ultrastructure of the photoreceptor of the retina of RCS(Royal College of Surgeon) rats and normal SD (Sprague Dawley) rats,age ranged from 9 to 60 days old,were observed by electronic microscope.ResultsCompared with age matched normal SD rats,from 15 days old,the photoreceptor of the retina of RCS rats serially had the accumulation of the shedded outer segment disc membrane,the disarrangement of the outer segment disc membrane,the vacuolation of the mitochondrion in the ellipsoid,the disappearance of the component in the myoid,the pyknosis of nuclei whose dense chromatin marginated the nuclear membrane shaping like'crescent',and finally the cell body of the photoreceptor disappeared.ConclusionThe degeneration of photoreceptor shows the charater of apoptosis in morphology in the inherited retinal degeneration of RCS rats.
