摘要
目的 研究牛磺酸对晶状体氧化损伤的保护作用。方法 取正常兔晶状体分为正常培养组、氧化损伤组和不同浓度牛磺酸保护组 ,培养 2 4h后观察各组晶状体的混浊情况、组织学及酶组织化学变化。结果 氧化损伤组晶状体全部混浊 ,对照组、0 5 %和 1%牛磺酸组分别为 8% ,6 7%和 2 5 % ;光镜和电镜下见对照组组织结构基本正常 ,氧化损伤组严重损害 ,0 5 %牛磺酸组部分损害 ,1%牛磺酸组轻微损害 ;和对照组相比 ,氧化损伤组T AOC水平 ,sol Prot含量 ,SOD ,CAT和GSH px活性明显降低 ,MDA含量明显升高 ,0 5 %和 1%牛磺酸组上述指标有不同程度改善。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of taurine on protecting lens against oxidative stress.MethodsRabbit's lenses cultured in vitro were divided into 4 groups:control group,Feton model (oxidative stress group),0 5% and 1% taurine treatment groups.The transparency of all lenses was examined after above lenses incubated for 24 h.At the same time,the histological changes of all lenses were examined by light and electron microscopies and the levels of T AOC,SOD,CAT,GSH Px,SOL Prot and MDA were measured respectively.ResultsAfter incubation for 24 h, 8% lenses of control group were showed swelling;all lenses of Feton model group developed into cataract;67% lenses of 0 5% taurine group and 25% lenses of 1% taurine group were showed swelling.The structure of lenses in control group was normal,but that of them was damaged severely in Feton model.Slight damage was found in lenses which were cultured by 0 5% and 1% taurine media.The level of MDA was increased and levels of T AOC and SOL Prot and activities of SOD,CAT and GSH Px were decreased significantly in Feton model compared with those of them in control group ( P <0 01).The level of MDA was significantly decreased but the levels of other indexes were increased in 0 5% and 1% taurine groups compared with those of them in Feton model.ConclusionTaurine can protect lens against oxidative stress,preventing it from lipid peroxidation and cataract formation in vitro.1% taurine may be more beneficial.
