摘要
目的 进行实验性激光诱导脉络膜视网膜静脉吻合术 (CRVA) ,探讨该治疗方法的可行性和并发症的发生原因。方法 用光动力学法对 5只正常狗做分支静脉阻塞模型 ,然后做激光CRVA治疗 ,一次治疗失败者重复治疗。用眼底荧光血管造影和病理研究方法分析治疗效果和并发症的发生情况。结果 5只狗的 9只眼均吻合成功。吻合成功的激光能量为 2~ 2 5W。能量小于 2 3W常不能击穿视网膜静脉而使吻合失败。在同一部位多次治疗产生较大的激光瘢痕和局限性视网膜增殖膜。结论 CRVA术能产生有效的脉络膜视网膜静脉吻合血管 。
ObjectiveLaser induced chorioretinal venous anastomosis (CRVA) was done in dogs to investigate the feasibility and related complications.MethodBranch retinal vein occlusion model was achieved by photodynamic therapy in 9 eyes of 5 dogs,then laser induced CRVA was done.If one treatment failed,a repeated treatment was done at the same site.The effectiveness and complications were analysed by fluoresceine angiography and pathologic study.ResultsNine eyes of 5 dogs all have successful anastomosis with laser power level ranged from 2~2 5 W.Power level less than 2 3 W usually fail to breake the retinal vein and leading to failure of the treatment.Repeated treatment produced relatively large scar and local retinal proliferation.ConclusionsCRVA can create effective chorioretinal venous anastomosis;Repeated treatments at the same site may be related to more complications.
