摘要
目的 研究正常人眼黄斑部脉络膜血循环特征。方法 对 5 0例正常人眼行吲哚菁绿眼底血管造影(ICGA)。结果 ( 1)ICGA最早荧光出现时 ,脉络膜动脉在黄斑部最早荧光充盈 ,可在黄斑中心上下方或上下外侧方 ,也可与视盘周围脉络膜动脉同时充盈 ,血管呈树状外观。 ( 2 )ICGA强荧光时期黄斑部可表现黄斑中心非强荧光区或横贯黄斑的水平非强荧光带 ( 32眼 ,占 6 4% ) ;也可表现黄斑部与眼底后部融为一体的强荧光 ( 18眼 ,占 36 % )。 ( 3)ICGA荧光减弱期到荧光消退期 ,黄斑部渐呈现相对圆形低荧光暗区。结论 眼底黄斑部脉络膜动脉血流灌注最早 ;
ObjectiveTo study choroidal circulation of macula in normal eyes.MethodsIndocyanine green angiography (ICGA) was performed in 50 healthy volunteers.Results(1)Choroidal arteries in macula were the earliest fluorescence filling ones in ICGA,which showed above and bellow the fovea.(2)During the period of the bright fluorescence in ICGA,hypofluorescent areas at the central macula or a hypofluorescent zone across fovea at the horizotal line could be seen 32eyes (64%),hyperfluorescence in macula were 18eyes (36%).(3)From the fluorescencine failing period to fading period in ICGA,uniformed hypofluorescein showed in macula.Conclusion(1)Blood perfusion pressure of the choroidal arteries in macula is higher than in other areas.(2)Choroidal capillaries in macula is denser than that in other ones.
