糖尿病视网膜病变与IGF-1及IGFBP-3水平的关系

目的 研究糖尿病视网膜病变与胰岛素样生长因子 1(IGF 1)及胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白 3(IGFBP 3)的关系。方法 用双抗夹心法酶联免疫法 (ELISA)对 112例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病 (NIDDM)病人及 5 6例健康人血中的IGF 1及IGFBP 3的水平进行测定。结果 NIDDM组血IGF 1,IGFBP 3水平显著低于正常人 ;糖尿病视网膜病变组(DR组 )血IGF 1,IGFBP 3水平显著高于糖尿病无视网膜病变组 (DM组 ) ;血IGF 1与IGFBP 3水平呈正相关 ;IGF 1与FPC呈负相关 ;IGFBP 3与HbAlc呈负相关。结论 NIDDM病人血中IGF 1及IGFBP 3水平降低 ;糖尿病合并视网膜病变时 ,血中IGF 1及IGFBP 3水平升高。IGF 1及IGFBP

ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between diabetic retinopathy (DR) and plasma levels of IGF 1 and IGFBP 3.MethodsPlasma IGF 1 and IGFBP 3 levels were measured by ELISA in 112 patients with diabetics and in 56 normal subjects respectively.ResultsThe plasma mean levels of IGF 1 and IGFBP 3 in patients with diabetics were significantly lower than that in normal subjects ( P <0 01).IGF 1 and IGFBP 3 in DR group were significantly higher than that without DR ( P <0 01, P <0 05).IGF 1 was correlated positively with IGFBP 3 ( P <0 01),but negatively with FPG ( P <0 05).IGFBP 3 was correlated negatively with HbAlc ( P <0 01).ConclusionIGF 1 and IGFBP 3 levels decrease in NIDDM,IGF 1 and IGFBP 3 levels increase in DR.IGF 1 and IGFBP 3 may play an important role in the development of DR.
