摘要
目的测定麝香保心丸中麝香酮的含量。方法采用薄层扫描法进行测定,以甲苯—醋酸乙酯(49:1)为展开剂。结果回收率97.38%(n=5),RSD=2.18%,线性范围0.1372～0.9604ug,线性方程为r=1158.43+104835.7x,y=0.9990。结论本法专属性强,重现性和准确性良好,能起到控制麝香制剂质量的作用。
Objective To detelmine the contents of muscone in Shexiang baoxin pill.Methods TLCS was used for the determination of muscone.Results The average recovery was 97.38% with RSD=2.18%(n=5). The linear regression equation was Y=-1158.43+104835.7X,r=0.998.Conclusion This is a simple accuate method which can be used for quantitative analysis of Shexiang.
