摘要
目的 :探讨垂体瘤中血小板粘附分子 (CD31)的表达及其意义。方法 :应用免疫组化法对 2 0例复发、2 6例未复发的人脑垂体瘤中CD31表达进行检测。结果 :复发组垂体瘤中CD31表达较未复发组明显增高 ,两组有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :肿瘤新生血管形成在垂体瘤发生、发展中起重要作用 。
Objective:To study the expression and its significance of CD31 in human pituitary adenomas.Methods:The expression of CD31 was detected in 20 recurrent cases and 26 non-recurrent cases with immunohistochemical method.Results:The expression of CD31 in recurrent cases was higher than that of non-recurrent cases, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0 01).Conclusion:Angiogenesis may play an important role in the tumoriogenesis and development of human pituitary adenomas,it may related to recurrence of pituitary adenomas.
