保真汤加减在肺结核抗结核治疗中的应用

Application of modified protect essentiality decoction on anti-tubercle bacillus treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis

目的 :探讨保真汤对减轻肺结核抗结核治疗时毒副反应的作用。方法 :将 6 0例肺结核患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,同时接受抗结核治疗 ,治疗组服保真汤 ,对照组按常规处理。结果 :在减轻肺结核患者因抗结核治疗引起的毒副反应方面保真汤优于常规治疗。结论 :保真汤对减轻肺结核抗结核治疗时毒副反应有一定缓解作用 ,为规范化全程治疗奠定基础。

Objective: It is to discuss the function of modified protect bacillus treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods:Sixty pulmonary tuberculosis patients treated with anti-tubercle bacillus treatment were randomly divided into treatment group and contrast group. The treatment group was treated with protect essentiality decoction while the contrast group was followed the routine. Results:The therapeutic efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the contrast group in relieving the side effects of anti-tubercle bacillus trement. Conclusion:The protect essentiality decoction was effective in relieving the side effects of anti-tubercle bacillus treatment, which laid foundation for the standard entire journey treatment.
