高校青年教师群体心理探析

A Close Study of the Group Psychology of Young College Teachers

本文在对我国高校青年教师群体心理现状调查分析的基础上 ,从社会大环境、高校内部环境、青年教师自身境遇等角度 ,具体分析了高校青年教师群体心理现状的成因 ,提出了改进思想教育工作 ,提高青年教师的思想认识水平 ,完善教师思想道德建设机制 ,增强青年教师的敬业、创业意识 ,创造良好条件 。

Based on a close investigation into the present psychice states of the young teachers in Henan Normal University through questionnaires, this paper focus its attention on a report of the present psychic states of the young college teachers, and on analyses of the causes of the psychic problems from the stand points of both social and campus environment, and the present living and academic conditions of the group as well. Moreover, this paper has also made some proposals which try to help to strengthen moral education to the young teachers, to make them more responsible to their careers and job, and which to help to better their living and academic conditions.
