摘要
将 Tencel纤维织入全棉灯芯绒织物的纬纱中 ,并对其染整加工工艺进行探讨。分析了 Tencel灯芯绒在割绒、退浆、刷毛、烧毛、练漂、染色、后整理等加工过程中的操作要领及注意事项 ,并对 Tencel纤维的性能及相关工艺过程中微纤化的控制作了介绍。
The dyeing and finishing process of all cotton corduroy fabrics containi ng Tencel was investigated. The key items and points for attention in the operat ion were introduced, besides the properties of Tencel and fibrillation controlli ng in the related processing.
