Dyeing and Finishing of Polyester-Cotton-Polyurethane Knitting Fabr ic

涤棉氨纶针织物染色前先预定形 ,以提高尺寸稳定性 ,使织物在染色过程中不易产生折痕及条花等疵点 ;应选择 p H值在 5～ 9.5之间能较好上染的分散染料 ,染浴 p H值调节在 6～ 7之间 ,温度 12 0℃ ,既获得好的染色效果 ,又不伤及氨纶纤维 ;后定形温度控制在 16 0～ 170℃ ,速率控制在 12～ 15 m/ min之间最为合适 ,既保证尺稳定性好 ,缩水性好 ,又保证织物具有良好的弹性及强力不受损伤。

In order to increase dimensional stability, polyester cotton polyurethane knit ting fabric should be pre setting prior to dyeing, so crease defects will not o ccur during dyeing. As for dyes selection,the disperse dyes which has good exhau stion under pH value 5~9.5 are chosen. While excellent dyeing effect and without damage to polyurethane fiber can be obtained under the condition of pH value 6~ 7 and temperature 120℃. Therefore, dimensional stability and shrinkage, as well as better elasticity and non loss of stretch are all available.
