摘要
优化了用ALLIANCE SINGLE分析仪测定烟草总氮的条件。称取 0 .1~ 0 .2g烟粉 ,用 0 .4 0gCuSO4 、6.0 0gK2 SO4 和 7.0 0ml浓H2 SO4 先于 180℃下消化 1h ,再于 380℃下消化 1~ 1.5h ,冷却至室温 ,用去离子水稀释 ,以二氯异氰脲钠为比色剂 ,用分析仪进行分析。比较了连续流动分析法与行业标准方法的测定结果 ,结果与标准方法比较一致。结论是 。
The conditions for determining total nitrogen in tobacco with ALLIANCE\|SINGLE analyzer were optimized. 0.1-0.2g tobacco powder was digested with 0.40g CuSO\-4 , 6.00g K\-2SO\-4 , and 7.00mL concentrated H\-2SO\-4 under 180℃ for one hour and then 380℃ for 1-1.5 hours, cooled to room temperature, diluted with ionfree water, added with sodium dicholoroisocyanourea as color\|developing agent, and finally analyzed with the instrument. The results determined with the continuous flow analytical method were comparable with those of the standard one. The conclusion was that total nitrogen in tobacco could be determined with the continuous flow analytical method.
