摘要
提出在语音处理系统中应用DRAM(dynamic random access memory)作内存,实现语音数据的存储和回放。在分析DRAM特性及其操作时序和DSP(digital signal processor)总线时序基础上,设计了DSP与DRAM接口的硬件和软件。
Using DRAM as memory in voice processing system can achieve the storage and playback of voice data. This paper analyzes the character and operating timing of DRAM and the bus timing of DSP, and then designs the hardware and software between DSP and DRAM.
