摘要
研究了荆树皮栲胶降解改性产物与铬鞣剂的结合鞣性质。结果表明 :(1 )荆树皮栲胶降解改性产物—铬结合鞣 ,可缩短植鞣的时间 ,有明显的增厚效应 ,能提高二层和三层革利用率 ,在三氧化二铬用量为 0 5 %的条件下使皮革的收缩温度超过 1 0 0℃ ,总增厚率大于 47%。用 5 %荆树皮栲胶降解改性产物与 1 %铬鞣 (以Cr2 O3计 )结合鞣皮革的收缩温度为 1 0 9℃ ,总增厚率达 47 2 %。 (2 )结合鞣中植物鞣质分子量大小和分布与鞣性、增厚率有直接的关系。
The combination tanning properties of degraded wattle extract with Cr(Ⅲ)were studied in this paper.The results showed that:(1)The combination tannage of 0.5~1% Cr 2O 3 with 5~10% degraded wattle extract could raise the shrinkage temperature of leather to 100℃ or above,decrease vegetable tanning time.Meanwhile,the thickness were increased obviously.(2)The combination tanning nature and the thickness of leather are related directly to the molecular weight distribution of degraded wattle extract.
