轻薄型毛织物加工工艺的合理调整 被引量:4

摘要 由于消费者对毛纺产品的要求已从保暖型向轻薄舒适型转移。为适应生产轻薄织物的要求 ,在现有国产设备的基础上 ,对关键机台进行改造 ,用自条匀整针梳机代替混条机、细纱机加装SKF大摇架装置 ,同时对原料的使用、纺纱织造工艺作以合理调整 ,采用经纱上蜡、上冷浆新工艺。结果表明 :纱线条干的均匀度提高 10 %~ 2 0 %左右 ,强力明显改善可提高 10 %左右 ,完全满足织造的要求。用国产设备采用合理加工工艺 。 To fit the need of producing light fabric, we improve demostic machines, replacing the mixing gill by the autoleveller gill box, adding SKF big cradle the spinning frame, and adjusting the materials and weaving technology. We also apply some new technology of waxing and cold starching. It is verified by practice that the sliver evenness of yarn is highly elevated and its strength is improved obviously, fulfilling the weaving requirements. It shows that producing light wool fabrics on equipments made in China with rational technology is fully feasible.
