摘要
清代是封建官僚体系之集大成者 ,其膳食官员也多于前代。有朝廷膳食官员、大内膳食官员、陪都和陵寝官员等。光禄寺具体掌管朝廷的宴席膳食事宜 ,内务府负责宫内的筵宴膳食 ,而大内直接负责膳食筵宴的机构是御茶膳房。
Qing dynasty was the ripest period of feudal bureaucrat system. The officers in charge of meals were more than that of the former dynasty, such as government diet officers, palace diet officers, second capital and mausoleum officers and so on. Guang Lu Shi was in charge of the banquets and meals of the imperial government, Ministry of Internal Affairs was in charge of the banquets and meals of the palace. The organization in charge of the meals and banquets in the palace was imperial kitchen. All these reflect from one aspect the fact that the ruling class of Qing dynasty paid much attention to meals and food enjoyment.
